Atorvacor Indications

Children (10-17 years)

Dosage & Administration
Before therapy with Atorvacor®, you should try to achieve adequate control of hypercholesterolemia by diet, increased physical activity, weight loss in obese patients for treatment and other related diseases.
Treatment against the background of cholesterol-lowering diet. The drug is administered at a dose of 10-80 mg 1 time a day, every day, at any time of the day at the same time, regardless of the meal.
The initial and maintenance dose set individually according to the initial levels of LDL cholesterol goal of therapy and efficiency. The recommended starting dose is 10 mg.
If necessary, the dose is increased gradually at intervals of 2-4 weeks or more controlling lipid levels in blood plasma. The maximum daily dose is 80 mg.
