Asparkam Indications
As part of the integrated therapy of heart failure, myocardial infarction, cardiac rhythm disorders (predominantly ventricular arrhythmias); To improve cardiac glycosides tolerance.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- acute and chronic renal failure;
- Addison's disease;
- hyperkalemia, hypermagnemia;
- atrioventricular blockade of ІІ-ІІІ degrees;
- cardiogenic shock (AT <90 mmHg).
Dosage & Administration
The drug is for intravenous administration only. In adults, enter slowly intravenously drip - 10-20 ml (volume of ampoule diluted in 50-100 ml of 5% glucose solution). If necessary, the dose can be repeated in 4-6 hours. The drug is suitable for combination therapy.
