Asibrox Indications

Mucolytic agent for the treatment of acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases accompanied by an increased formation of mucus.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, hemoptysis, pulmonary hemorrhage.

Dosage & Administration

Tablets of 200 mg.

Adults:

400-600 mg per day for 2-3 hours depending on the clinical conditions.

Children:

2-6 years - 200-400 mg daily for 1-2 receptions;

6-12 years - 400-600 mg per day for 2-3 hours depending on the clinical conditions.

Ages 12 - dose as for adults.

Duration of treatment the doctor determines individually, depending on the nature of the disease (acute or chronic)

Each effervescent tablets containing 191 mg of sodium.

Tablets of 600 mg

Adults and children aged 14 years - one effervescent tablet once daily (equivalent to 600 mg of acetylcysteine ​​per day).
