Alka Prim Indications
Pain syndrome weak or moderate intensity, such as: headaches, pains in muscles and joints. Increased body temperature under cold conditions, viral infections and other diseases.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used under the following conditions:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipients;
- Hypersensitivity to aspirin observed in 0.3% of the population, including 20% of patients with asthma or chronic urticaria.
- Symptoms of hypersensitivity, urticaria, and even shock may occur within 3 hours after taking acetylsalicylic acid;
- Hypersensitivity to other NSAIDs, which occurs with symptoms such as urticaria, bronchospasm, rhinitis, shock, angioedema;
- Hemorrhagic diathesis, hypotension;
- Asthma, chronic respiratory disease, hay fever, or swelling of the nasal mucosa;
Dosage & Administration
Drugs should be taken with food. Before taking the drug, the pill must be dissolved in 3/4 cup water.
Typically, the recommended dosage is:
Adults: 1 to 2 tablets 2 - 4 times a day. The daily dose should not exceed 3 grams of the drug.
Children under 16 years: 2 to 3 tablets a day.
Symptomatic treatment without consulting a doctor could carry no more than 3 days.
It is necessary to apply the minimum effective dose.
