Fasigyn Indications
Prevention of postoperative infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, especially after surgery for colon, gastrointestinal tract and gynecological operations.
Treatment. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori, associated with duodenal ulcer, in combination with antibiotics and drugs that suppress acid production.
Contraindications
Fasigyn is administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to tinidazole, other 5-nitroimidazole derivatives or any auxiliary ingredients.
The use of tinidazole is contraindicated during the first trimester of pregnancy and lactation.
Dosage & Administration
Fasigyn is applied orally during meal or after a meal. Tablets should be swallowed whole.
