Tripride Indications
The treatment of diabetes type II, as second-line medication if diet, exercise and previous therapy with one or two agents do not provide adequate control of blood sugar.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the components of the drug; kidney disease or renal dysfunction, severe liver dysfunction, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure (stages I - IV NYHA) or respiratory failure, bladder cancer or a history available, hematuria
Dosage & Administration
The dosage is administered individually. Early treatment administered 1 tablet 1 time per day with meals. The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.
Patients with renal insufficiency require dose adjustment.
If creatinine clearance <22 mL / min initial dose of 1/2 tablets further increase the dose depending on the level of fasting glucose.
Tablets should be taken without chewing, drinking plenty of fluids.
