Forxiga Indications
Diabetes of 2nd type.
Monotherapy
When diet and exercise do not provide adequate glycemic control in patients for whom use of metformin is considered impossible because of intolerance to the drug.
Additional combination therapy
In combination with other antidiabetic drugs, including insulin, when these drugs along with diet and exercise do not provide adequate glycemic control.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any excipient.
Dosage & Administration
The drug can be taken internally Forxiga once daily at any time of the day regardless of the meal.
Tablets should be swallowed whole.
