Ambroxol Indications

Therapy in acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with bronchial secretion disorders and weakening of mucus promotion.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to ambroxol hydrochloride and / or any other drug. In the case of rare hereditary conditions that are possible because of incompatibility with the drug excipients (section "Peculiarities of use"), the drug is contraindicated.

Dosage & Administration

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day for the first 2-3 days (equivalent to 90 mg ambroxol hydrochloride / day), and later - 1 tablet 2 times a day (equivalent to 60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride / day) .

If necessary, to improve the effectiveness of the drug for adults and children over 12 years can apply 2 tablets 2 times a day (equivalent to 120 mg ambroxol hydrochloride / day).

Tablets are taken after a meal, not liquid and drink plenty of fluids (sekretolitychna action ambroxol hydrochloride support provided intake of sufficient amount of liquid, so the treatment the patient should take sufficient amount of it).

Do not use the drug longer than 4-5 days without consulting a doctor.
