Ambrobene Indications

Therapy for acute and chronic broncho-pulmonary diseases associated with bronchial secretion disorders and weakening of mucus promotion.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to ambroxol and / or other ingredients.

Rare inherited conditions are possible because of incompatibility with the drug excipients

Dosage & Administration

Ambrobene syrup taking inside after eating. After receiving recommended to drink
1 cup water. Mucolytic effect of ambroxol increases in the use of large amounts of fluid.

Adults and children over 12 years: in the first 2-3 days of 10 ml three times a day, then - 10 ml
2 times a day. If necessary therapeutic effect for adults and children over 12 years can be enhanced to increase the dose of 20 ml, 2 times a day.

Adults and children over 12 years advisable to use dosage form containing a higher concentration of ambroxol hydrochloride (eg Ambrobene solution of 37.5 mg / 5 mL).

Children:

- 2 to 6 years - 2.5 ml 3 times a day;

- From 6 to 12 years - 5 ml 2-3 times a day.

The duration of treatment depends on the characteristics of the disease.

Ambrobene syrup should not be used longer than 4-5 days without consulting a doctor.
