Alkeran Indications
Localized malignant melanoma of the limbs localized by the sarcoma of the soft tissues of the limbs.
When administered intravenously, alone or in combination with other cytostatics, treatment:
- multiple myeloma (in moderate or high therapeutic doses);
- late stages of ovarian carcinoma;
- IV stage of neuroblastoma.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity reaction to melphalan in history or hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Treatment should only be carried out in specialized centers with appropriate equipment, and it is often necessary to control the picture of the blood and, if necessary, adjust the dose or discontinue therapy.
