Adenosterid Indications
Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Dosage & Administration
Inside, regardless of meals, 1 tablet (5 mg) per day for 6 months or more. For patients with renal failure (creatinine clearance while reducing to 9 ml / min.) Do not require dose adjustments.
Side effects
The drug was well tolerated. Adverse reactions are rare (3% of patients) and manifest themselves as disorders of sexual function and ejaculate volume, impotence, and increase in breast pain, hypersensitivity reactions, including swelling of the lips. Frequency of sexual dysfunction is reduced during the treatment.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, obstructive uropathy, cancer predstatel-gland, pregnancy. The drug is not indicated for women and children.
