Lorista H Indications
Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not regulated in accordance with losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.
Reducing the risk of heart disease and deaths in patients with hypertension, hypertrophy of the left ventricle.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to losartan, hydrochlorothiazide, substances that are derived sulfonamides or to any of the excipients of the drug.
- Hypokalemia or hypercalcemia, resistant to therapy.
- Severe hepatic impairment; cholestasis and biliary tract obstruction.
- Refractory hyponatremia.
- Symptomatic hyperuricemia / gout.
- The second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
- The period of lactation.
- Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min).
- Anuria.
Dosage & Administration
The drug Lorista® H 100 can be used with other antihypertensive drugs.
Tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water.
The drug Lorista® H 100 can be used regardless of the meal.
