Liprazidum Indications
Arterial hypertension if monotherapy with lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide or not achieved the desired reduction in blood pressure.
Administration
The drug is prescribed, taking into account doses of lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide, have been used in monotherapy. Dose is picked individually, depending on the therapeutic effect.
The recommended starting dose (in terms of lisinopril) - 5.10 mg / day dose further corrected for the clinical effect achieved.
The recommended maintenance dose - 20 mg 1 time per day. The maximum daily dose (in terms of lisinopril) - 40 mg.
Stable therapeutic effect usually occurs within 2-4 weeks of treatment.
In patients with a creatinine clearance of> 30 and <80 mL / min is possible to use only 10 Liprazida.
If necessary, use a dose of 2.5 and 5 mg dosage forms should be applied with the possibility of such dosing.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to lizinoprilu, hydrochlorothiazide or other ingredients;
- hypersensitivity to sulfonamide derivatives;
- hereditary or idiopathic angioedema (angioedema) in history;
- angioedema in history, caused by the intake of ACE inhibitors;
