Lamotrin Indications
Epilepsy
Adults and children over the age of 12 years: monotherapy and adjunctive therapy of partial and generalized seizures of epilepsy, including tonic-clonic seizures and the seizures associated with Lennox - Gastaut syndrome;
Children aged 2-12 years: additional therapy of epilepsy, particularly partial, including tonic-clonic seizures and the seizures associated with Lennox - Gastaut syndrome.
Monotherapy of typical small epileptic seizures.
Bipolar disorder in adults older than 18 years
To prevent the development of episodes of emotional disturbances (depression, mania, hypomania, mixed states).
Contradictions
hypersensitivity to lamotrigine or other ingredients.
