Iodixol Indications
Treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat, tonsillitis bluetongue, follicular; streptococcal sore throat (while treatment with antibiotics); acute and chronic tonsillitis; glossitis; aphthous stomatitis.
Contraindications
Patients with hypersensitivity to iodine or to other components of the drug, as well as dermatitis herpetiformis Duhring, hyperthyroidism, adenoma or thyroid dysfunction, patients with uncompensated cardiac, renal or hepatic impairment, persons who plan to diagnosis or treatment with radioactive iodine (for 2 weeks before and after the study).
Dosage & Administration
Spray applied topically to the oral mucosa and pharynx.
Before use, remove the cap and put on the rod mechanical pump sprayer. Before the first use of the drug repeatedly press the spray to disperse the emergence of the jet. Before applying make further pressing 2-3 to hit the spray solution after pressing, after which the drug can be used.
When treating a sore throat or tonsillitis type sprayer 2-3 cm in mouth, close your mouth, hold your breath and push all the way to the sprayer index finger twice so that each irrigation was made in the right direction, and the second - on the left side.
