Hepadif Indications
Complex treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver; fatty liver (hepatic steatosis); alcoholic liver disease; intoxication due to the long-term use of anti-tumor and anti-TB drugs.
Dosage & Administration
1 time per day. The average daily dose for adults is 8,625 mg / kg body weight, which corresponds to the contents of 1 vial of the drug dissolved in 400-500 ml of 5% solution of glucose. The maximum daily dose - 17.25 mg / kg body weight, which corresponds to the content of the drug vial 2 dissolved in 400-500 ml of 5% solution of glucose.
Persons older dose adjustment is required.
Children aged 7-14 years: daily dose is similar to that for adult patients. Dosing can correct physician.
The duration of treatment depends on the underlying disease and is determined in each case individually.
Contradictions
Individual hypersensitivity to the drug. Nephrolithiasis, erythremia, polycythemia, thrombosis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage.
