Gentos Indications
- in the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis),
- diseases of the bladder (bladder atony, cystitis) of men and women;
- urinary disorders of various origins, including in the postoperative period.
Dosage & Administration
Gentos in the form of drops for oral administration: inwards and young adults - 10 drops of the drug in pure form or diluted in one tablespoon of water 3 times a day 30 min before and 1 hour after ingestion.
At the beginning of the treatment, as well as in cases requiring the rapid decrease of the disease symptoms, the drug can be received every 30 minutes to improve, but not more than 8 times a day, and then 3 times a day.
For maximum effect it is recommended to take Gentos in between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals), to hold a drug some time in the mouth before swallowing.
In acute prostatitis, acute cystitis treatment is 2 weeks.
In benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis, chronic cystitis, bladder atony, chronic urinary disorders of various origins course of treatment - 3 months.
When stabilization is possible move to 1-2 single dose.
In the form of tablets Gentos
Adults and adolescents: 1 tablet. Children aged 5-12 years: ½ tablet. Take the drug 2 times a day.
The duration of intake in the treatment of prostatitis 1-3 months; cystitis - 2-3 weeks; in other diseases, drug taking 3 months.
For maximum effect, the drug Gentos should be taken 30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal, it is recommended to keep the tablet in the mouth until resorption.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
