Estramon 50 Indications
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) estrogen deficiency symptoms in women after menopause. Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to estradiol or any of the ingredients. Predicted or diagnosed with breast cancer; diagnosed or predicted estrogen malignant tumor, including endometrial carcinoma; abnormal vaginal bleeding is unexplained;
Dosage & Administration
Treatment should be began with the appointment of the lowest effective dose.
We recommend using one patch at intervals of 3-4 days (average 2 times a week). If after 3 months of application of the patch estrogen deficiency symptoms are not eliminated, the dose can be increased, but the maximum dose should not exceed 100 mg per day.
Start applying the patch Estramon 50 can be at any time, but patients who are transferred from cyclic therapy, the drug should begin the day after the previous treatment regimen.
For prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women patch applied at a dose of 50 mg per day (one patch at intervals of 3-4 days).
Experience with plaster Estramon 50 women over 65 is limited.
Application mode
1. Immediately before application should open the bag, cut it closer to the edge, get the patch without damaging it.
2. Plaster should bend gently along the perforation up and down until most of the protective film is not perforated strip separates along the surface of the adhesive patch. This part of the protective film is removed by one of the tips received.
3. The open adhesive surface of the patch put on a healthy clean, dry skin outer thigh.
