Valsacor H Indications
Arterial hypertension of patients whose blood pressure is not adequately regulated monotherapy.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose is 1 tablet, film-coated, per day.
The maximum antihypertensive effect of the drug is achieved through the use of 2-4 weeks.
Impaired renal function. For patients with slight or moderate renal impairment is not necessary to dose adjustment (creatinine clearance of ≥30 mL / min).
Abnormal liver function. For patients with minor or moderate liver dysfunction nebiliarnogo origin valsartan dose should not exceed 80 mg.
Elderly patients. The dose adjustment is not necessary.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;
- hypersensitivity to any of the drugs sulfonamide;
- severe liver cirrhosis and cholestasis;
- anuria, renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min), hemodialysis;
- refractory hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypocalcemia or symptomatic hyperuricaemia, during pregnancy and lactation.
