Bronchoval Indications

Therapy of acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with bronchial secretion disorders and weakening of mucus promotion.

Contraindications

The drug should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to ambroxol hydrochloride or the other ingredients. In the case of rare hereditary conditions that are possible because of incompatibility with the drug excipients

Dosage & Administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, the recommended dose of the drug Bronchoval syrup as follows:

Children under 2 years: 2.5 ml (½ measuring cup) 2 times a day (equivalent to 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride per day);

children 2-6 years: 2.5 ml (½ measuring spoon) 3 times a day (equivalent to 22.5 mg ambroxol hydrochloride per day);

children 6-12 years: 5 ml (1 Measuring spoon) 2-3 times a day (equivalent to 30-45 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride per day);

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml (2 measuring spoons) 3 times a day.
