Anaprilin Zdorovye Indications
Control of essential and renal hypertension, angina, long-term prophylactic therapy after myocardial infarction, control most forms of cardiac arrhythmias, prevention of migraine, essential tremor, tachycardia excitation control and excitation additional therapy in thyrotoxicosis and thyrotoxic crisis;
Combination therapy - pheochromocytoma (only in combination with α-blockers).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; cardiogenic shock, atrioventricular block II and III degree sinoatrial block, sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats / min), angina Prinzmetal, hypotension, uncontrolled heart failure, asthma or bronchospasm history, severe peripheral circulation, metabolic acidosis (including diabetic acidosis), after prolonged feeding untreated pheochromocytoma, diabetes, chronic liver disease.
Dosage & Administration
Assign inside for 10-30 minutes before eating, drinking plenty of fluids. Dosage is individual. The dose and duration of treatment determined by the physician.
Adults.
Hypertension: The initial dose is 80 mg two times a day. If necessary dose gradually increases each week, depending on patient response to treatment. Usually daily doses are 160-320 mg.
Angina, agitation, migraine, essential tremor: initial dose is 40 mg 2-3 times a day. If necessary dose gradually raise it to the same value at intervals of 1 week, depending on patient response to treatment. Usually angina range of daily doses of 80-320 mg. Adequate response to treatment excitement, migraine and essential tremor observed in treatment in the dose range 80-160 mg, strokes - 120-240 mg per day.
Arrhythmia, tachycardia, agitation, thyrotoxicosis, typically doses are 10-40 mg 3-4 times a day.
Long-term prophylactic therapy after myocardial infarction: therapy begins at 5-21 days after myocardial infarction. The starting dose is 40 mg four times a day for 2-3 days; after the daily dose may be increased to 80 mg 2 times a day.
Pheochromocytoma (only in combination with α-blocker), 60 mg administered daily for 3 days before surgery; in inoperable cases - 30 mg per day.
Elderly patients.
Data on the relationship between the level of drug in the blood and the patient's age is controversial. Consequently, for the elderly optimum dosage should be determined individually according to clinical response.
Children.
The dosage should be individualized according to the state of cardiac systems and circumstances that necessitated treatment. In the treatment guided by the following schemes:
Arrhythmia, pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis, a drug used in children older than 3 years in a dosage of 0.25-0.5 mg / kg 3-4 times a day.
Migraine - children aged 3 to 12 years - 20 mg 2-3 times a day, over 12 years - dosage as for adults.
