DICLOFENAC Viola

- 1 g of diclofenac sodium gel Containing 10 mg;
- other substances: propylene glycol, 96% ethanol, macrogol 400, carbopol 980, purified water

Indications

Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, soft tissue rheumatism (tendonitis, bursitis); osteochondrosis of the spine, sciatica; myalgia, neuralgia; injuries (bruises, sprains, muscle and tendons); inflammatory soft tissue swelling, pain in muscles and joints, caused by hard physical activity.

Dosage & Administration

The gel is applied topically on the skin. Depending on the area of ​​the painful area 2-4 g of gel (4-8 cm long strip of gel) is applied a thin layer on the skin and is easily rubbed 2-3 times a day. The duration of treatment depends on the evidence and the effectiveness of treatment.

Side effects

Flushing of the skin, burning sensation or tingling, itching at the application site.

Contraindications. Individual hypersensitivity to the drug, asthma, urticaria or rhinitis caused by the use of aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, pregnancy and breast-feeding, age and 14 years of age.
