Insulin diabetes without obesity in adults.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Hypersensitivity to sulfonylurea other drugs, sulfonamides, miconazole treatment. Insulin diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic prekomy, coma, liver dysfunction, renal impairment (creatinine clearance <60 mL / min), shock, fever, hypoxia states (sepsis, kidney infections, bronchopulmonary disease).
Acute infectious diseases, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and granulocytopenia, surgeries, allergic reactions to sulfonamides.
Acute cardiac and respiratory failure, acute phase of myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular accident, dehydration, chronic alcoholism, use yodkontrastnyh compounds and other conditions that can cause the development of lactic acidosis, lactic acidosis, and his presence in history.
Do not use medication to persons over 60 years who perform hard physical labor that is associated with an increased risk of lactic acidosis in them. Compliance hipokaloriynoyi diet (less than 1000 kcal / day).
Dosage & Administration
The daily dose for adults is 1-2 tablets once or twice a day with meals, but not more than 4 tablets a day.
