Cetil INDICATIONS
- infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the drug. Apply in otolaryngology, respiratory infections:
otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia;
- bone and joint infections: osteomyelitis, septic arthritis;
pelvic infection, diseases of the genitourinary tract: pyelonephritis, cystitis, asymptomatic bacteriuria, gonorrhea;
- prevention of postoperative complications.
APPLICATION
Orally.
The absorption of the drug is increased if taken with food at the same time (to reduce the bitterness in the mouth after ingestion).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins, penicillins; bleeding. During pregnancy and breastfeeding. Children under the age of 6 months.
SIDE EFFECTS
The study notes violations of the gastrointestinal (diarrhea, nausea, vomiting), headache, dizziness, eosinophilia, and increased liver enzymes. Sometimes revealed jaundice and Stevens - Johnson syndrome, erythema, toxic epidermal necrolysis, anaphylaxis, angioedema, flatulence, stomatitis, pseudomembranous colitis, holedoz, decreased creatinine clearance, dysuria, vaginitis, breast pain, decreased hemoglobin, anemia, lethargy, hearing loss , convulsions.
