Asparkam Indications
As part of the integrated therapy of heart failure, myocardial infarction, cardiac rhythm disorders (predominantly ventricular arrhythmias); To improve cardiac glycosides tolerance.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- acute and chronic renal failure;
- Addison's disease;
- hyperkalemia, hypermagnemia;
- atrioventricular blockade of ІІ-ІІІ degrees;
- cardiogenic shock (AT <90 mmHg).
Dosage & Administration
1-2 tablets 3 times a day. The dose can be increased to 3 tablets 3 times a day.
Gastric juice is able to reduce the effectiveness of the drug, so it is recommended to take pills after eating.
