Arifarm Inications

Treatment of hypertension, patients who need treatment with indapamide and amlodipine doses available in fixed combinations.

Contraindications

- hypersensitivity to the active substances and other drugs sulfonylureas, dihydropyridine derivatives or any of the excipients;
- severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min);
- hepatic encephalopathy or severe hepatic impairment;
- hypokalemia;
- severe hypotension;
- shock (including cardiogenic);
- obstruction out of the left ventricle (aortic stenosis such as severe);
- heart failure with unstable hemodynamics after acute myocardial infarction.

Dosage & Administration

For oral administration.

One tablet once a day, preferably in the morning before eating. The tablet swallowed whole without chewing with water. The maximum daily dose - 1 tablet (1.5 mg / 10 mg).

The use of fixed combinations provided for the initiation of therapy.

If necessary, dosage changes should conduct individual titration of each component of the combination.
