Amlipin Indications
Essential hypertension.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to lisinopril or other angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE);
- Hypersensitivity to dihydropyridine derivatives and other components of the drug;
- Hypersensitivity to any of the excipients of the drug;
- Severe hypotension;
- A history of angioedema after taking an ACE inhibitor, hereditary or idiopathic angioedema;
- From the hemodynamics - pronounced aortic stenosis or mitral valves or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiogenic (heart) shock;
- Heart failure after myocardial infarction (during the first 28 days);
- Unstable angina (except Prinzmetal angina);
- Pregnancy and lactation;
- Children's age (efficacy and safety of the drug is unknown).
Dosage & Administration
Amlipin is used internally. Take 1 tablet 1 time per day regardless of the meal. If necessary, the daily dose can be doubled. The maximum daily dose for adults - 20 mg.
