Acyclovir antiviral herpes cream 5% 2g & 5g & 2,5% 10 g ACICLOVIRUM Ацикловир

Aciclovir indication 

Dosage form: cream for external use.

Treatment of infections of the lips and face caused by the herpes simplex virus (Herpes labialis).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to acyclovir, valaciclovir, propylene glycol or other components of the cream.

 Dosage & Administration

The product is designed for outdoor use.

Adults and children over 12 years to put cream 5 times a day from about

4-hour intervals, with the exception of night time. Duration of treatment is at least 4 days. If after 4 days the skin lesions disappear completely, treatment can be extended for another 6 days (total 10 days of treatment). If symptoms persist after 10 days of treatment, the patient must consult a doctor.

It is important to start treatment as soon as possible at the beginning of the infection.

It is necessary to wash your hands before and after using the cream and avoid excessive rubbing or touching towel affected areas to prevent aggravation or transmission.
