Ispiron Indications
Treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and respiratory tract infections (otitis media, sinusitis, rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, tracheitis, rynotraheobronhit, bronchitis) in the complex treatment of asthma.
Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and other allergic manifestations of the respiratory system and otolaryngology.
Respiratory manifestations of measles, influenza.
Symptomatic treatment of whooping cough.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to fenspiride hydrochloride and / or any other drug.
Dosage & Administration
For oral administration
Children aged 2 years and adults. Use of the drug is contraindicated in children less than 2 years.
The daily dose should be divided into 2-3 receptions and taken before meals.
The recommended daily dose should be administered on the basis of body weight and age of the child, but it should not exceed the recommended daily dose (see. The following information).
Children from 2 years.
The recommended daily dose is 4 mg / kg body weight (2 ml / kg).
If body weight is less than 10 kg:
daily dose is 2 to 4 teaspoons of syrup (10-20 ml) respectively fenspiride hydrochloride 20-40 mg per day.
If body weight over 10 kg:
daily dose is 2 to 4 tablespoons of the syrup (30-60 ml) under 60-120 mg fenspiride hydrochloride per day.
Applying for adults and children over 12 years.
The daily dose of syrup is from 3 to 6 tablespoons (45-90 ml) under 90-180 mg fenspiride hydrochloride per day.
Adults can be prescribed with medication in tablets.
Syrup 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains 10 mg fenspiride hydrochloride.
1 tablespoon syrup (15 ml) contains 30 mg fenspiride hydrochloride.
